spiritus tribe queen

This image is a colorized drawing on the cerna tribe spiritus queen. she sits on her throne together with her guardian spirit. for spiritus tribe then spirit guardians that looks like birds are common.
the Queen is the only storm cerna with blue, black and ice colors on double colored feathers that color combination is called storm. double colored feathers is extremely rare for all cernas with feathers, dual colored feathers is that just about all the feathers have two colors on them. among 200 cerna's so has only 10 cerna's dual-colored feathers.
